Polly and Dan did an amazing job catering our 100 person wedding reception! We wanted an almost entirely vegetarian brunch menu that accommodated a huge range of dietary restrictions, and they really brought that vision to life with an incredibly delicious menu. The breakfast burritos were a big hit, as were the muffins and assorted grain/pasta/noodle salads. They both clearly have a lot of passion for the food they cook and it really comes through. Dan and Polly were also so kind and wonderful to work with during the whole process, were willing and able to work well in a slightly unconventional commercial kitchen, and did whatever they could to make the day as stress-free as possible for me and my wife. Couldn't have asked for a better team!
